Meet Aletta
I’ve spent years helping people find their voice, recognise their value and develop the confidence to make a greater impact.
My own leadership journey has taken me from Cape Town to the international stage. In 2025–2026, I had the privilege of serving as International President of Toastmasters International — the first person from Africa to hold the role.
That experience reinforced something I believe deeply: leadership isn’t simply about what you know or the position you hold. It’s about how you connect with people, exercise your influence and use your experience to make a difference.
Today, I bring that perspective to my work as an executive presence coach, speaker and facilitator.
