The challenge
A leader I coached was struggling with difficult workplace relationships. His frustration sometimes showed, affecting how others experienced his leadership.

Coaching across career stages
My clients range from participants in graduate management programmes who are building the foundations of their careers, to senior executives navigating complex leadership challenges.
The situations may be different, but many of the questions are remarkably similar: How do I communicate my ideas with greater confidence and clarity? How do I make the value I bring more visible? How do I increase my influence? How do I step into greater authority? How do I prepare for what comes next?
I also bring experience of leading and working with people across cultures and countries. That perspective matters. Leadership and communication don’t happen in a vacuum — they happen between people, each bringing their own experiences, expectations and ways of seeing the world.
